I am a warm, intuitive, and deeply experienced coach supporting women—particularly in midlife—through transformation and redefinition. With over 20 years in senior leadership and HR within top UK organisations and Global FTSE 100 companies, I bring a unique blend of business insight, empathy, and practical strategy to every session.
A Coaching Style That Combines Wisdom and Science
Since 2014, I’ve offered a calm and reflective space for women to explore what’s next—whether navigating a career crossroads, rediscovering confidence, or creating more joy and authenticity in daily life. Research interests: the psychology of habits and workplace wellbeing
I hold two Master’s degrees in Organisation Consulting, and in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, I am a qualified executive coach from Henley Management College, and I am accredited in a range of psychometric tools including Strengthscope and NEO-3Pi. My specific research interests include the psychology of habits and how they shape our daily experiences, and bringing positive psychological interventions into the workplace. But what my clients value most about me is my presence, my pragmatic approach, and my ability to hold space for honest reflection and sustainable change strategies.

Before becoming a coach, I spent over two decades in senior leadership and Human Resources across several UK and global FTSE 100 companies in the retail and telecommunications sectors. I led large teams, drove transformational change, and delivered strategic people programmes designed to enhance performance and engagement.
But that’s only part of the story. Despite the success, I found myself burnt out during my second pregnancy—constantly torn between being the parent I wanted to be and meeting the relentless demands of my role. Fourteen weeks into a difficult pregnancy, I knew something had to give. With the unwavering support of my team, I made the decision to step away and begin again—this time on my own terms.
Since then, I’ve devoted myself to coaching—work that feels both purposeful and deeply human. My practice focuses on helping women, particularly in midlife, to navigate change, rediscover confidence, and reconnect with what truly matters. I draw on positive and coaching psychology to help clients uncover strengths, build resilience, and design lives that align with their values and aspirations.
Outside of coaching, I’m a lifelong learner, book lover, and mum to two energetic boys. I live in a lovingly restored 200-year-old oast house in the Kent countryside with my family and our two dogs—where laughter, muddy boots, and open conversations are part of daily life.
Coaching Offerings
Start with a Free Chemistry Meeting
I offer an initial ‘chemistry’ meeting for free. This meeting is normally no longer than 30 minutes and is an opportunity for us to establish that I am the right coach for you and you’re the right client for me and my skill set. It is really important that we have a good fit together so we can get the very best out of one another and I can support you in achieving your goals.
Tailored Coaching Packages
Once we’re agreed to work together, we can plan out a series of coaching sessions to meet your individual requirements. This may include completing some psychometric tests if that would be helpful. We will then map out the frequency of our sessions together as well as the number of sessions that feel right. I will send you a coaching proposal which will outline what we have agreed and detail how we are going to work together.
Coaching is very much an emergent process so your original goals may change over time as we work together and that is absolutely fine. we can adapt your coaching programme as we progress to meet your evolving needs.
Coaching That’s Grounded, Insightful & Human
I bring together leadership experience, academic depth, and real-world understanding to help you navigate life’s transitions with clarity and confidence.
